Authors whose papers have been accepted are required to submit the final camera-ready versions of their papers by February 6th, 2015. This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. Instruction appear below.
FINAL PAPER
Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading two files:
- either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX source or a Word file in the RTF format, and
- PDF version of your camera-ready paper.
The page limit and formatting directions given in the CFP are strict.
Please follow the author instructions of Springer-Verlag when preparing the final version:

Our publisher has recently introduced an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings. At that time your quick interaction with Springer-Verlag will be greatly appreciated.
COPYRIGHT
Please upload a signed and completed copyright form to us as soon as possible. The Springer copyright forms can be found at
ftp://ftp.springer.de/pub/tex/latex/llncs/LNCS-Springer_Copyright_Form.pdf
It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in these matters. Thank you again for your contribution to CPAIOR’15.
JOURNAL Fast Track
If you were invited to the Journal Fast Track, remember that we expect an extended 1 page abstract for the conference proceedings that you should submit through easy chair as a replacement of your paper and you should have your extended abstract submitted by February 20th, 2015. Do include the COPYRIGHT form as usual.
The important dates for fast track papers are:
– Author Opt-in decision: January 16th, 2015
– Extended submission due for 2nd review: January 30th, 2015
– Journal Fast Track Decision: February 13th, 2015
– Camera ready extended abstract (or standard paper): February 20th, 2015
– Camera ready for Journal Fast Track: March 6th, 2015
Authors who decline to fast track their submission revert to a standard conference submission and are subject to the default formatting, length and date requirements. Papers that do not clear the 2nd review round also revert to conference paper status and their authors are expected to deliver the camera-ready version of the initial submission by February 20, 2015.
